DG4V-5-2C-M-U7L-H-P43-7-40-K is equipped with wet-type solenoid: the coil is oil-immersed, offering excellent heat dissipation, low noise and long service life.
It is a spool-type directional control valve, with spool driven by dual solenoids and spring-centered. When energized, the spool shifts to switch oil circuits; when de-energized, it automatically returns to the center position.
Center position function (2C): All ports P, A, B, T are closed (type O), suitable for pressure holding and locking circuits.

Notes

  1. T-port damper is applicable to the T-port on the right side of port A.

  2. When using a damper at the T-port, surge pressure must not exceed the allowable back pressure.

  3. When using a port damper, set the circuit pressure to 21 MPa or below.

  4. If a port damper is required in combination with manifold valves, please contact our company.

Operating and Installation Precautions

  • Mounting orientation: For non-spring-centered models, mount the valve with the spool shaft horizontal to ensure reliable shifting. No restrictions apply to other spring-centered types.

  • Solenoid energization

  • Piping for T (tank) port

  • Use as 2-way or 3-way valve

  • Continuous long-term solenoid energization

  • Malfunctions caused by surge pressure

  • Manual operation
