Installation Guidelines for TOKYO KEIKI Vane Pumps
The pump support base shall be sturdy and rigid to absorb vibration sufficiently.
The pump can be mounted in any orientation; the pump shaft and motor shaft must be aligned with coaxial tolerance within 0.1 mm.
Avoid excessive suction resistance to prevent cavitation.
Ensure all flanges, fittings and the entire suction pipeline at the inlet are fully sealed to prevent air leakage.
