1油泵的支架座结构要牢固,刚性好,并能充分吸收振动,

2油泵可安装成任何方向,泵和电机轴必须对正,同轴度应控制在0.1mm以内,

3,吸入阻力不应太高,以防产生空蚀现象。

4,注意进油口处连接法兰,接头以及整个吸油管道必须密封,防止漏气。

Installation Guidelines for TOKYO KEIKI Vane Pumps

  1. The pump support base shall be sturdy and rigid to absorb vibration sufficiently.

  2. The pump can be mounted in any orientation; the pump shaft and motor shaft must be aligned with coaxial tolerance within 0.1 mm.

  3. Avoid excessive suction resistance to prevent cavitation.

  4. Ensure all flanges, fittings and the entire suction pipeline at the inlet are fully sealed to prevent air leakage.
