Installation Guidelines for TOKYO KEIKI Vane Pumps
The pump support base shall be sturdy and rigid to absorb vibration sufficiently.
The pump can be installed in any orientation. The axes of pump and motor must be aligned with concentricity controlled within 0.1 mm.
Suction resistance shall be kept low to avoid cavitation.
Ensure all flanges, fittings and the entire suction pipeline at the inlet are tightly sealed to prevent air leakage.
