Installation Instructions for TOKYOKEIKI Vane Pump

  1. The pump support shall be of rigid and robust structure to absorb vibration sufficiently.

  2. The pump can be mounted in any orientation. The pump shaft and motor shaft shall be properly aligned, with coaxiality controlled within 0.1 mm.

  3. Suction resistance shall be kept low to avoid cavitation.

  4. Ensure tight sealing of suction‑port flanges, fittings and the entire suction pipeline to prevent air leakage.
